New Web Site Created to Introduce Well@Home Monitors
Topsfield, MA June 21, 2005
Patient Care Technologies (PtCT, Atlanta, GA) has created a
web site to help
educate clinicians and patients about the benefits of the new Well@Home monitoring system. One feature of the new site is a series of
"success stories", relating how the Well@Home system has helped PtCT's customers meet the challenge of providing high levels
of patient care within the confines of limited operating budgets. The
integrated functionality of the Well@Home system
far surpasses earlier home monitoring devices. The vision of PtCT is to
move beyond telemedicine to a concept they have termed telemanagement -- a
comprehensive tool for keeping track of how patients are doing, and for helping
them to better manage their own health, so they can indeed enjoy being well at
home. PtCT and Zoe Medical are working together to ensure that the Well@Home system continues to set new standards for what home-based monitoring can achieve
for patients and caregivers alike.

Atlanta Computer Sales (Alpharetta, GA) introduced Zoe Medical's newest patient monitor, the Nightingale PPM2, at the HIMSS conference today.
The Nightingale PPM2 monitor is based on Zoe Medical's new software and hardware
platform, which runs Windows CE™ on an Intel XScale processor. This platform
gives Zoe monitors a unique advantage, building on the rich set of data
communication tools provided in Windows CE™ to open a wide range of

scanning. These capabilities will be ever more critical as hospitals and
other health care centers strive for greater efficiency, reliability, and
integration. Zoe Medical is working closely with one of the nation's
largest Hospital Information Systems companies to create new standards for
seamless data sharing between monitoring systems and Hospital Information
Systems. These features are supported by the Nightingale Monitoring
System, which consists of a Nightingale MPC central station networked to
anywhere from two to 32 Nightingale PPM2 bedside patient monitors. Atlanta
Computer Sales, an authorized distributor of Zoe Medical patient monitors and
systems, has extensive experience in finding technology solutions for their
clinical clients.

Zoe Medical Releases MPC Review Station
Topsfield, MA, September 9, 2003
Responding to customer interest, Zoe Medical has created a new product called the Nightingale MPC Review Station.
The MPC Review Station is based on Zoe's MPC nurse station software, but without
the alarm monitoring functions. Unlike the nurse station application,
which is designed to run on a dedicated PC, the Review Station application is
designed to run along with other Windows applications on multi-use PC's in
doctor's offices, clinics, or hospital settings. The Review Station
application is designed for situations where the customer does not need central
patient monitoring, but does need the MPC's convenient patient data management
features, such as reports printed on standard 8.5 by 11 inch paper for ease of
documentation. The Review Station also provides electronic storage of a
patient's ECG waveforms for later review and printing. The MPC Review
Station can be configured for connecting a single patient monitor at a time or
for multiple simultaneous connections.

Zoe Medical Receives 510(k) Clearance from FDA
Topsfield, MA, January 12,
2001
Today Zoe Medical received FDA clearance to begin marketing the Nightingale
patient monitoring system. The FDA decision was made after a comprehensive
review of engineering documents, operating instructions, and test data supplied
by Zoe Medical as part of the company's 510(k) application filing. The
decision, which was signed by the director of the FDA's Division of
Cardiovascular and Respiratory Devices, opens the door for Zoe to begin
marketing and sales of the Nightingale System in the U.S. Unlike many
510(k) applications in the patient monitoring field, the application for the
Nightingale System covered not just a single device, but an entire system,
designed from the ground up to be a complete, fully integrated solution.
The Nightingale System encompasses the Nightingale PPM (Personal Patient
Monitor)™ and the Nightingale MPC (Multi-Patient Console)™. The
Nightingale PPM is the world's smallest and lightest multi-parameter patient
monitor. The Nightingale MPC is a Windows-based PC that provides
sophisticated data collection, storage, analysis, and viewing features which in
the past have been found only in much more expensive, high-end patient
monitoring networks.
Zoe Medical Incorporated Files FDA 510(k)
Topsfield, MA, June 9, 2000

Zoe Medical Incorporated has filed a 510(k) Pre-Market Notification with the Food and Drug Administration to market the
Zoe Nightingale Monitoring
System™ in the U.S. The filing was completed within one year from the

The Nightingale Monitoring System provides non-invasive monitoring of 3-lead ECG,
pulse oximetry, blood pressure, respiration and temperature. Although a 510(k) filing does not imply FDA approval, the
Zoe Medical
engineering team is excited and confident that the Nightingale Monitoring System will be well received.
Zoe Medical Incorporated creates patient monitoring systems and services that assist patients in
a variety of clinical environments, including the subacute care unit, outpatient services, and homecare services.
